Cedar housing looks fantastic next to our LeisureCraft sauna, feels like a matched set. We keep the chiller running through the winter rather than draining it, and it's held up through a couple of proper Ontario cold snaps so far. Only wish LeisureCraft was clearer upfront that the chiller warranty is separate and shorter than the tub's — found that out after asking directly rather than reading it plainly on the product page.

Loved that there's no exposed chiller equipment cluttering up the space next to the tub — was the main reason I went with the Flow over a competitor's bolt-on chiller setup. Only friction point was the buying process itself; there's no listed price anywhere, so getting an actual number took a few days of back-and-forth with a dealer.
