How this index works:
Each brand's Composite Index Score is a weighted average of four independently calculated dimension scores. The Matrix Trust Score (40%) uses our proprietary formula combining product quality, review confidence, and offer activity. Dimension scores are normalised relative to all brands currently in the index, so rankings shift as new brands are added or existing brands improve.
No brand pays to appear or improve their position. This is purely data-driven.
