My $2,400 Backyard Barrel Sauna Build

Went with a kit rather than building from scratch, which took most of the guesswork out of it. The gravel base pad took a full weekend on its own to get level. Electrical was the single biggest line item since we needed to run a new circuit about 40 feet from the panel.

Total was a bit over budget from the initial kit price once we added the electrical work and base prep, but still well under a comparable finished cabin sauna from a major brand.
