The Build
Cheapest build on my own list by far. Used a large hard-sided kiddie pool as the tub itself, and instead of buying ice, ran an old chest freezer with water bottles frozen inside it to make my own ice supply, which saved money over time versus buying bags of ice constantly.
Not something I'd recommend as a permanent setup, but as a way to test if cold plunging was for me before spending real money, it worked.
