An outdoor sauna faces a different set of requirements than an indoor cabin: freeze-thaw cycles, moisture, and UV exposure all affect the wood and electrical components differently over years of use.
Look specifically at whether the manufacturer states a four-season or winter rating, what the door and window seals are made from, and whether the electrical components are rated for outdoor humidity. A sauna that's only tested for mild climates can develop real problems in a harsh winter.
